Boot Camp Boogie
A body toning workout that includes alternating short segments of cardio and weight training for all fitness levels.
Core Rhythms
A combination of Latin dance, Belly dancing and body toning for all fitness levels.
Circuit Zone & Tone
You will do the circuit once around and finish up in the aerobics room with light weight training to build bone density and stretching to improve balance and posture.
Hi-Low Cardio Mix
Hi-Low Cardio for all fitness levels 30 min cardio 30 min resistance training to tone the body and core conditioning to improve balance and flexibility.

This class will increase range of motion, strengthen muscles, improve balance and will help maintain flexibility.
Maximum Burn Intervals
A blend of cardio and toning intervals. Each aerobic segment uses Hi-low, step or BOSU. Toning segments uses weights, bands, stability ball, body bar or your own body weight for resistance. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels.
NIA — Non Impact Aerobics
A class designed for all fitness levels to rejuvenate your body and increase flexibility. Great for individuals with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and other limitations.
Open Circuit Training
This program is designed to bring together the members for a fun workout. You will get out of it what you put into it and the circuit is able to work you out at your fitness level. You will move between cardio and resistance stations spending 40 seconds to one minute at each station... come feel the burn. (30 minutes)
Party off the Pounds
The excitement is contagious. You will move with cardio segments that may include some fun unique combos of Hi-Low, Step, Salsa or Zumba moves. The program also combines resistance training and stretching and relaxation. For all fitness levels.
Pilates
Focuses on strengthening the muscles in the center of the body(core) Enhances flexibility. For all fitness levels.
Pilates/Yoga Fusion
This class is a natural blend of strength and power of Pilates and the relaxation postures of Yoga resulting in a healthy mind and body.
Total Body Fitness
Three workouts in one. Class focused on cardio fitness which may include step and Hi-Low cardio, body sculpting and stretching.
Yoga
Gently stretching the body, relaxing breathing exercises and concentration techniques. Designed to promote harmony and well being. For all levels.
Yoga Flow
Endlessly moving and always flowing graceful approach to yoga. Designed to promote flexibility and relaxation to the body and mind.
Zumba
You don’t need to travel south of the border for a hot, hot workout! This low impact fiesta is packed with a sizzling spicy Latin dance flavor that turns up the body heat. For all levels.
20/20/20
20 min. of cardio and 20 min. toning. Each Aerobic segment uses Hi-Low or Step. Toning segment uses weights, stability balls and resistance tubing.
20 min of stretching and core conditioning to balance the body. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels.
Balance Ball
The class is designed to improve balance and strength integrating the principles of muscle control and core toning from Pilates with deep breathing and easy-to-do postures from yoga using the balance ball.
Beginner Step (Cardio & Weights)
This energetic circuit workout works the entire body to sculpt and tone. The program combines cardio utilizing light hand weights, step aerobics and an intense ab workout.
Belly dance
Belly dance is a powerful way to lose weight and sculpt your body. Enjoy your way to fitness in a fun way that isolates you muscles for a toned body.
Biggest Loser Workout
No matter what your fitness level is this program will give you the tools to motivate and get you started.
Body Target hips and Thighs
Sculpt buttocks and legs, trim hips and thighs, create shapely curves.
Bosu Core Synergy
Learn a series of core progressions that blend traditional isolated ab and back exercises with non-traditional stabilization challenges using the Bosu Balance Trainer.

Aerobic and strength training routines, stretching and flexibility exercises and balance training.
Cardio Salsa
You don’t need to travel south of the border for a hot, hot workout! This low-impact fiesta is packed with fat-blasting choreography and Latin dance flavor.
Cardio Sculpt
This ultimate total body workout combines strength training with cardio utilizing a variety of equipment to create a fun, energetic, non-stop workout. Designed to sculpt and tone the body without adding bulk.

Get ready to shake your hips, tap your feet, and shimmy those shoulders to a better body.
Dynamic Stretch
An intermediate workout that involves a series of deep-muscle stretches, ranging from yoga and Pilates to classic athletic moves.
Hips and Thighs

Kickboxing
Easy to follow kickboxing moves, designed to get your heart pounding and body sweating. This workout is designed to burn fat, condition your muscles and increase your stamina.
Pilates
For beginners to advanced, you pick your workout with many of our Pilates CD’s available.
Shaper Ball Workout
A 30-minute workout that provides a workout that is easy to fallow using the exercise ball for your conditioning.
Tahitian Cardio
This workout target and tone legs, buns and abs.
Tai Chi
This is meditation in motion. Graceful in movement, slow in tempo and fluid in natural postures.
Virtual Ab Workout
This class will help you develop firm, lean, supple abdominal muscles with slow concentrated movements. Come and get results.
Yoga with Denise Austin
Power Yoga/Fat blasting Yoga: Safe and natural methods to help achieve your ideal weight. Sculpt your body with yoga moves for a lean and long sculpted look.
W.L.F.L.
Weight Loss for Life program is a medically supervised program. Non Impact class to improve balance and strength.
